About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to join our bank’s HR team.
You will handle day-to-day HR administration, payroll support, employee lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with Qatari Labour Law and bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, contracts, leaves, benefits, and offboarding
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance (WPS knowledge is a plus)
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system (HRMS)
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and bank benefits
- Assist with internal and external audits
What We’re Looking For
- **Experience:** 3–5 years in HR Operations, preferably in banking or financial services
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- **Skills:** Good knowledge of Qatari Labour Law, MS Excel, and HRMS (Oracle/SAP is a plus)
- **Languages:** Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Pay: QAR8,000.00 per month
