Job Summary

Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Lead requirement gathering workshops across business units and multiple geographies
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into:

• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

• User Stories

• Process Flows & Use Cases

• Ensure requirements are:
• Complete
• Clear
• Traceable
• Business-aligned
• Prioritize requirements based on business value and project objectives

2. Process Design & Optimization

• Analyze existing (“As-Is”) business processes and design optimized (“To-Be”) workflows
• Identify opportunities for:
• Automation
• Standardization
• Process optimization
• Operational efficiency improvements
• Align business processes across multiple entities while considering regional requirements

3. Solution Design & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams for:
• ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, etc.)
• HRMS & ITSM solutions
• Validate proposed solutions against business requirements
• Participate in:
• Configuration workshops
• Solution design reviews
• Process validation sessions
• Support:
• Data mapping
• Data migration planning
• Integration design activities

4. Stakeholder Management

• Engage with:

• Business Unit Heads

• Functional Teams
• Senior Leadership & C-level stakeholders
• Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for business requirements during projects
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and conflict resolution

5. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define and execute:
• UAT strategy
• Test scenarios
• Test cases
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
• Manage:
• Defect tracking
• Prioritization
• Resolution follow-ups
• Ensure formal business sign-offs before go-live

6. Change Management & Training

• Support enterprise system rollouts and change management initiatives
• Prepare:
• User manuals
• Training materials
• SOPs and process guides
• Conduct:
• Training workshops
• User awareness sessions
• Process walkthroughs

7. Governance & Documentation

• Establish governance for:
• Data management
• Business workflows
• Enterprise system usage
• Maintain centralized documentation repositories for:
• Requirements
• Process flows
• Functional specifications
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance policies, and audit requirements

• Process Mapping & Workflow Design

• Gap Analysis

• Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

• Stakeholder Management

Enterprise Applications Knowledge
