Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Riyadh.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work culture.
- Organise and manage training and development programmes.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.
The Successful Applicant A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR management within the business services industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in Riyadh.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
