Standalone senior HR role managing and overseeing HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories.
Serves as the primary HR point of contact for the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy and plans aligned with the company’s business direction.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including proven senior HR experience within the GCC.
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and local regulation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and professionalism, with ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates currently based in the UAE, with valid residency and work authorization and strong knowledge of the local HR market, are preferred.
