Role Description
The role grows the PV inverter business by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, shaping expansion strategies, and turning market insight into commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify opportunities, prioritize focus areas, and build a path from first conversation to commercial result.
- Understand customer and partner needs and translate them into credible value propositions.
- Develop and present tailored business cases, commercial models, and proposals.
- Track market signals, competitors, and customer feedback to improve go-to-market activity.
- Build trusted relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Make priorities, learning, and results visible through milestones and commercial indicators.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Background or familiarity with PV, PCS, BESS, or related electrical or energy technologies.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an asset.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Initiative, growth focus, analytical judgment, active listening, and strategic perspective.
