HR Manager- Immediate Joiner
About This Role
Our Client is a leading IT infrastructure and cybersecurity distributor operating across the Middle East and Africa. Since its inception, the company has scaled rapidly, supporting a diverse network of global vendors and channel partners.
We are seeking a HR Manager to lead the end-to-end HR function and act as a strategic partner to leadership. This hands-on role involves developing policies, implementing frameworks, and driving all facets of HR to support a rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has experience shaping culture, processes, and employee experiences across the full HR spectrum.
Location- Dubai, UAE
Salary- 10,000- 15,000 AED
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Lead the HR department managing a workforce of 100+ employees across Middle East and Africa Region.
Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
2. HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, implement, and update company-wide HR policies and procedures.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, Free Zone regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Maintain HR systems, documentation, and reporting for audits and regulatory needs.
3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and support roles.
Implement structured onboarding programs for new hires to enhance engagement and productivity.
Develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
4. Performance Management & Employee Development
Design and manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and feedback processes.
Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs.
Support career development, promotions, and succession planning initiatives.
5. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
Benchmark compensation packages and implement competitive salary structures.
Manage benefits programs, incentives, and employee recognition initiatives.
Provide guidance on reward and retention strategies to leadership.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational culture.
Serve as a mediator for employee relations and conflict resolution.
Promote inclusion, diversity, and a high-performance culture throughout the organization.
