About This Role
We are currently seeking a HR Manager with 3+ years of UAE experience to join a reputed healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations in a healthcare environment
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Support leadership in HR strategy and development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR or related field
- Proven UAE healthcare HR experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and hospital workforce structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
