HR Manager / HR Executive

Job Summary

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Hire staff for roles such as visa consultants, sales executives, case processors, and admin staff
• Develop hiring strategies to attract quality candidates in the immigration industry

2. Employee Management

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment

3. Performance & Target Management

• Design and monitor KPIs, targets, and performance metrics (especially for sales/processing teams)
• Conduct performance reviews and appraisals
• Work closely with management to improve team productivity and accountability

4. Payroll & Compensation

• Manage payroll processing, salaries, commissions, and incentives
• Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
• Benchmark compensation structures to remain competitive

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain proper documentation for employees and internal audits
• Support management in legal and regulatory HR matters

6. HR Strategy & Reporting

• Develop HR strategies aligned with business growth
• Prepare HR reports (hiring, attrition, performance, etc.)
• Support leadership in workforce planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5+ years of HR experience (experience in immigration, consultancy, or sales-driven environments preferred)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience with HR software/tools is a plus
