Role And Responsibilities
· Act as main license with regulatory bodies for consumer protection matters.
· Prepare and submit periodic and annual reports to CBUAE, Chairman & Senior
Management. (This responsibility will be applicable to consumer protection officer
only).
· Conduct gap analysis against CBUAE Consumer Protection Standards and ensure
prompt resolution of identify issues.
· Address findings from regulatory inspections, internal and external audits in a timely
manner.
· Manage end-to-end customer complaints process ensuring independence from
operations.
· Investigate, document resolve complaints promptly in accordance with internal
procedures.
· Stay updated with Central Bank of the UAE regulations and guidelines related to the
Customer Complaint handling and ensure complaint resolution process align with
regulatory requirement and best practices.
· Prepare and submit reports to the Manager in Charge in case of Unresolved complaints
· Conduct of prior review of advertisements, brochures, contract templates, account
statements, and other customer-facing documents, and provide necessary
recommendations to ensure that all materials are clear, transparent, and fully aligned
with the applicable regulatory and implementation requirements issued by the Central
Bank of the UAE.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
· 2-3 Years of experience in the Exchange House Industry in Branch Operations
· Familiar with all applicable laws, rules & regulations related to Branch Operations
· Good Communication and negotiation skills
· Graduation in any faculty
· Open to work anywhere in UAE as per requirement
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
