We are seeking a professional and experienced **Female HR Manager** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have at least **2 years of experience in Human Resources**, be fluent in **Arabic and English**, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations and HR administration.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Assist management with HR planning and workforce management.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Minimum **2 years of HR experience**.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
