We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Accounts Manager** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **3 years of accounting and finance experience**, be fluent in **Arabic and English**, and possess strong financial management and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage payroll and financial records accurately.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements.
