- ✅ Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in executive assistance, business management, or supporting senior executives.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern business tools.
- Ability to work remotely and attend meetings when required.
- Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities**
- Managing and organizing the CEO’s schedule and appointments.
- Coordinating meetings, communications, and follow-ups with clients and business partners.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Liaising with government entities and private sector organizations when required.
- Providing administrative and business support to the CEO.
- Assisting with special projects and corporate activities as needed.
