Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Oversee performance management and staff development
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law
Handle payroll coordination and HR documentation
Support management in workforce planning and organizational growth
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience (Automotive experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience
with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
