About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to manage daily HR operations, including WPS processing, recruitment, and payroll support.
The candidate should be well-versed in UAE labour procedures and able to handle employee records efficiently.
1. WPS (Wage Protection System)
Prepare and process monthly salary through WPS in compliance with UAE regulations
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for salary transfers
Ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve WPS-related issues
2. Recruitment / Hiring
Post job vacancies on platforms and screen candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Handle onboarding and documentation for new employees
Maintain candidate database and hiring records
3. Visa & PRO Coordination
Manage employment visa processing, renewals, cancellations
Coordinate with PRO for labour cards, Emirates ID, and medicals
Ensure all employee documents are valid and updated
4. Payroll & Salary Administration
Assist in salary preparation and leave records
Maintain attendance, overtime, and deductions
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour law
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
