Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an HR Manager.
The role is based in Dubai with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, facilitate recruitment processes, manage performance evaluations, and support employee development initiatives.
Additionally, the HR Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee relations, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR policies, recruitment, and employee performance evaluation
- Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace engagement
- Expertise in HR compliance, labor laws, and organizational strategy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with HR software and tools
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is highly advantageous
