HR Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR database management
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented effectively
• Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll coordination
• Handle employee relations and support employees with HR-related matters
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documents
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, Emirates ID, insurance, and other HR administrative tasks
• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes
• Conduct HR orientation and explain company policies to new employees
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, business meetings, and corporate programs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners
• Promote company services professionally to generate new business opportunities and client leads
• Act as a point of contact for potential clients and maintain proper follow-up communication
• Support business development and branding activities through professional networking
• Present company services and HR solutions confidently during meetings and events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
• Confident personality with strong networking and client communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling visa and labour-related procedures
• Business development and relationship management experience is an added advantage
• Ability to represent the company professionally in external events and meetings
• Strong presentation and public communication skills
• Presentable, proactive, and target-oriented personality
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
