Job Summary
Mahraj Group of Companies is looking for an experienced HR Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function across multiple business divisions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager role.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- UAE recruitment experience is highly preferred.
