Job Summary
Mahraj Catering LLC is looking for an experienced **Business Development Executive/Manager** with strong connections and experience in the **construction sector, labor camps, and humanitarian organizations** across the UAE.
The ideal candidate should be capable of generating new catering contracts, building client relationships, and expanding business opportunities within industrial and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new catering business opportunities
- Develop relationships with construction companies, labor camps, and humanitarian organizations
- Promote catering and food supply services to potential clients
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and business discussions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with operations and management teams
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years UAE experience** in business development or sales
- Strong background in **construction-related catering, labor camps, or institutional catering**
- Existing network with contractors, camp operators, or organizations preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to bring new contracts and business opportunities
- **UAE Driving License is mandatory**
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling large-scale catering contracts
- Knowledge of UAE catering and hospitality industry
- Strong client management and presentation skills
