Job Description
We are looking for a professional and organized Real Estate Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative work, maintaining property documents, and coordinating developer registrations.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in Dubai real estate administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize all property-related documents and records
- Handle registrations with developers and real estate portals
- Coordinate with brokers, developers, and clients regarding documentation
- Prepare Forms A, B, F and other real estate paperwork
- Upload listings on property portals
- Follow up on payments, invoices, and registration status
- Manage CRM updates and office documentation
- Ensure all files and contracts are properly maintained
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate administration preferred
- Knowledge of developer registration process
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate forms and procedures
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 (based on experience)
