- Employee Relations
- **Conflict Resolution:**
- Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve issues.
- Provide support in disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
- **Engagement:**
- Organize team-building activities and events to boost morale.
- Develop recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements.
- **Feedback:**
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction and address concerns.
- Implement changes based on feedback to improve workplace culture.
Strategic Planning
- **Workforce Planning:** Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- **Change Management:** Support organizational changes and transitions.
- Health and Safety
- **Safety Programs:** Implement workplace safety programs and policies.
- **Wellness Initiatives:** Promote employee health and wellness programs.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
