Role Overview
We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven HR Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate must have a strong recruitment mindset, the ability to close positions within tight timelines, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
This role demands ownership, accountability, and strong negotiation skills to attract high-quality talent across multiple functions.
**Key Responsibilities**1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Close positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
2. Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates aggressively through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
- Conduct structured interviews and competency evaluations.
- Shortlist high-quality candidates aligned with business goals.
- Maintain a ready database of pre-screened candidates.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and leadership.
- Understand manpower planning and workforce strategy.
- Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as:
- Time to Hire
- Cost per Hire
• Offer Acceptance Ratio
- Source Effectiveness
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
5. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
- Strengthen employer brand positioning.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain candidate relationship management (CRM).

- Financial services
- Startups
- Sales-driven organizations
- Experience hiring mid to senior-level roles is an advantage.
- UAE recruitment experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
