About This Role
**Experience Required:** 5–7 Years UAE Experience
**Salary:** AED **5,000 – 8,000** (Full Package)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and administration
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor law
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and medical procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR reports
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
- Ensure smooth HR support for manufacturing and site employees
Requirements
- **5–7 years of HR experience in the UAE**
- **Manufacturing company experience is mandatory**
- Strong knowledge of **UAE Labour Law**
- Experience in recruitment, visa processing, payroll, and employee relations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Female only
