HR MANAGER (CONTRACTING)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Arabic speaking HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our contracting company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale manpower, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting business needs through the development and management of HR strategies.

You should have a deep understanding of the contracting industry’s dynamics, including project-based recruitment and labor management.

· **Manpower Planning:** Develop and implement manpower plans to ensure all construction projects are adequately staffed with skilled and unskilled labor.

· **Recruitment & Onboarding:** Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including international hiring for technical roles and site workers

· **Labor Law Compliance:** Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws, including visa processing, work permits, and mandatory insurance (e.g., Daman/WPS).

· **Payroll & Benefits:** Oversee the timely processing of payroll via WPS and manage employee benefits, including site-related allowances.

· **Performance Management:** Implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and align with project delivery timelines.

· **Employee Relations:** Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor camp conditions to ensure a productive work environment.

· **Health & Safety Support:** Work closely with the HSE department to ensure all employees are trained in safety standards and hold necessary certifications.

· 7-10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a **Contracting or Construction** company in UAE.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Deep knowledge of **Local Labor Laws** and government portals (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration).

· Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

· Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic/English.

· SHRM-CP or PHRi certification.

· Experience in managing large-scale, multicultural labor forces.

· **UAE work experience** and familiarity with the "WPS" system.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
