• Role: HR Manager (Arabic Speakers)

  • Type: Contract
  • Client Industry: Real estate and Property
  • Contract Duration: 1 year extendable

Key Responsibilitie

  • sSupport daily HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and personnel files
  • .Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • .Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems and ensure proper record management
  • .Assist with training coordination, logistics, and record keeping
  • .Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • .Provide administrative support for HR processes across the organization
  • .Requirement
  • sBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • .3–5 years of HR administration or coordination experience
  • .Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • .

Experience

  • with HR systems, onboarding, recruitment support, and employee records management
  • .Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • .Good communication skills in
