We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support our growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Lead performance management and appraisal systems
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Support organizational development and workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Professional HR certification (preferred)
