Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and energetic **Human Resources Manager** to lead our HR department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations coupled with **at least 2 years of proven REAL ESTATE HR experience**.
This role requires someone who understands a target-driven environment and can apply sales-driven energy to recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate or a Recruitment/HR role.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- **Gender:** Male (Due to nature of business and team structure).
- **Skills:** Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with HRIS.
- **Availability:** Immediate joiners preferred.
- **Must be in Abu Dhabi**
- **Must be an Arabic and English Speaker**
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
