Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage the recruitment process to meet staffing needs and handle job postings.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies to mitigate risks.
- Conduct and oversee training sessions and workshops for employee skill development.
- Improve workplace relations and increase engagement through effective communication.
- Handle disciplinary cases and grievances to maintain a harmonious workplace.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to offer insights into the company's workforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop organizational strategies for growth.
- Manage employee benefit programs and address any benefit-related queries.
- Lead HR initiatives to enhance company culture and boost employee morale.
- Serve as a link between management and employees to foster open communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with extensive management responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and human resources best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software tools and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to improve employee retention and engagement rates.
