HR Intern
About This Role
Role: We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment activities and assist with HR administrative tasks. This role is suited for candidates with some prior HR experience who are looking to build their skills in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Screen and pre-interview candidates for junior - mid level roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with HR documentation and filling
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
Duration: 6-month internship
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
