Job Summary

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resources functions across **Alfardan Group and its subsidiaries**.

This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs while supporting both employees and management in achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the Group and subsidiaries
  • Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
  • Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, leave, and employee data

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of employee data
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance and allowances
  • Assist in salary reviews and compensation benchmarking

5. Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance across subsidiaries

6. Performance Management

  • Support the performance appraisal process across all entities
  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to managers
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs

7. HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
  • Track key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and absenteeism

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum [2–4] years of HR experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Experience handling multi-entity or group-level HR operations is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
