Job Summary
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resources functions across **Alfardan Group and its subsidiaries**.
This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs while supporting both employees and management in achieving organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the Group and subsidiaries
- Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees
2. Employee Relations
- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive and productive work environment
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Ensure accurate tracking of attendance, leave, and employee data
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance and allowances
- Assist in salary reviews and compensation benchmarking
5. Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance across subsidiaries
6. Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process across all entities
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to managers
- Assist in identifying training and development needs
7. HR Reporting
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
- Track key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and absenteeism
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum [2–4] years of HR experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience handling multi-entity or group-level HR operations is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
