Role overview

What you'll own

• Improve everyday team-member touchpoints, including first days, benefits questions and office fixes.
• Maintain offices, supplies and building-management approvals; coordinate stakeholders.
• Design online and offline engagement for multinational and remote colleagues.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate and stakeholder communications.
• Guide team members on compliance and execute visa processing using knowledge of DMCC regulations and UAE labour law.
• Administer health insurance and the wider benefits programme.
• Maintain and audit people data, then deliver clear insights and recommendations to the People & Culture team and VP.
• Find and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

What you'll bring

• 2–4 years across HR operations, office management or people operations; results matter more than years.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, such as BambooHR or similar, and ownership of data quality from entry to report.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour law and DMCC processes, or ability to learn and apply compliance accurately.
• Ability to analyze spreadsheets, identify gaps and present clear information for decisions.
• Demonstrated measurable process or workplace improvement.
• Ability to propose an AI or automation workflow for manual work; a workflow already shipped is preferred.
• Calm, organized and warm approach in a fast-moving, multinational environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
