As our organization continues to expand rapidly, we are looking for a motivated Emirati who is excited to help attract, engage, and welcome top talent into our business.

Recruitment

  • Support in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate assessments.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate and administer new hire onboarding activities. Prepare onboarding documentation and employee records.
  • Support in orientation sessions and introduce company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other departments to ensure smooth employee setup.
  • Monitor probation periods and collect feedback from managers and new employees.

Hr Operations

  • Coordinate with company PRO for employee visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and insurance.
  • Other HR related activities as per business requirements.

Requirements And Skills And Qualification

  • Must be an Emirati with a valid family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)/ UAE Nationality as per Emirates ID card.
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment and onboarding.
  • Familiar with UAE labor laws.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
