A Dubai-based French company seeks an HR Executive and Payroll Officer for immediate hire.
The role supports HR and payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 150 employees.
Work location is Al Quoz Industrial 4.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation using ZOHO.
- Manage HR operations and payroll for a workforce of 150 employees.
- Process payroll accurately and on time in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with Finance, Administration, and Project teams on payroll inputs and HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, and HR policies.
- Contribute to process improvements and HR best practices.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree, attested by UAE MOFA.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ZOHO HR software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, WPS, and UAE labor laws.
- At least 2–3 years of UAE HR and payroll experience; construction experience is a plus.
- Experience in an organization with approximately 100 or more employees.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work under pressure.
- Able to join immediately.

- Pay is up to AED 4,000 per month.
