Job description
HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the smooth implementation of company policies, and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle — from Onboarding to offboarding.
The role involves maintaining compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting management and employees with HR-related matters.
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote a positive, transparent, and inclusive workplace culture.
3. Payroll & Attendance
- Verify attendance and leave records for monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll documentation.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance data and support managers in reviews.
- Identify training and development needs.
5. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Handle visa processing, renewals, and other PRO-related documentation (if applicable).
- Support in drafting HR letters, memos, and internal communications.
6. Offboarding & Exit Management
- Manage resignation, clearance, and final settlement processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in the UAE).
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
