Job Description
Looking for a dynamic and experienced **HR Executive** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and UAE labor practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management and employee database updates.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, labor cards and related documentation.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations.
- Assist with performance management and employee evaluations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR records accurately.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Support management with HR initiatives and administrative functions.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in HR or related field.
- Knowledge of **UAE labor law and HR practices** preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- UAE experience preferred.
