Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules for company materials and documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely movement of supplies.
- Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments regarding deliveries.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of office materials and supplies.
- Prepare logistics reports and update operational databases regularly.

- Support management with logistics planning and operational coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
