Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Director located in Dubai.
The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving performance management initiatives.
Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, mentoring HR team members, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including organizational leadership and staff development strategies
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations while fostering a positive workplace culture
- Skills in Performance Management to drive organizational success and employee growth
- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and in a diverse cultural environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
- Prior experience in a senior HR leadership role, particularly within the Middle East market, is advantageous
