Summary
Real Estate Company is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Director to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving organizational growth, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business objective
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management on all HR-related matter
- Lead organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiative
.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planni
- Oversee recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent across all departments, especially Sales and Real Estate operation
- .Design succession planning and leadership development program
- .Monitor manpower planning and hiring budget
.Employee Relations & Engageme
- Foster a positive and high-performance work cultur
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matter
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiativ

- Lead performance management framework, KPIs, and appraisal system
- Identify training and development needs and implement learning program
- Support leadership coaching and management developmen

- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market standard
- Oversee payroll, incentives, and commission structures (especially for Sales teams
- .Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equit
.HR Operations & Complian
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policie
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HR system
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedure
HR Analytics & Reporti
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, hiring efficiency, employee performance, and engagemen
- Provide strategic HR reports and insights to senior leadershi
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferre
- .Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership ro
- Experience in Real Estate or Property Development industry is highly preferr
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practic
- .Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skil
