About This Role
HR & Administration Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance records and biometric monitoring.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration-related activities with the PRO.
- Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Coordinate employee leave records and attendance reports.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and official documents.
- Monitor staff files and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Support employee engagement and general HR coordination activities.
- Coordinate and monitor employee document renewals including visas, Emirates ID, labor cards, and other company-related documents.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone calls professionally and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and email.
- Prepare and manage email correspondence and customer records.
- Support scheduling and coordination for customer visits and meetings.
- Ensure timely response to customer concerns and service requests.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
