About This Role

HR & Administration Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee attendance records and biometric monitoring.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration-related activities with the PRO.
  • Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records.
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Coordinate employee leave records and attendance reports.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and official documents.
  • Monitor staff files and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and general HR coordination activities.
  • Coordinate and monitor employee document renewals including visas, Emirates ID, labor cards, and other company-related documents.

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming telephone calls professionally and direct them to the concerned departments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and email.
  • Prepare and manage email correspondence and customer records.
  • Support scheduling and coordination for customer visits and meetings.
  • Ensure timely response to customer concerns and service requests.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
