Overview
- Responsible for the management and daily/periodic processes related to staff attendance, leave management, employee files, employee labor requirements (i.e. contracts, QID, health card, etc.), and other HR employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Ensures that employee data is correct and up to date in relevant payroll and employee administration systems.
- Submits complete monthly attendance/payroll information/updates to the Finance department
- Prepares draft internal memos, salary certificates, salary transfers, employment letters and reference letters.
- Supports Direct Superior and the HR team, as and when required, by providing advice, substituting team members or coordinating any other assigned human resources processes/ programs.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes.
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be available in Doha, Qatar
