Role Description
This is a part-time HR Coordinator role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.
The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day human resources operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and coordinating HR documentation.
The role involves supporting benefits administration, helping implement HR policies, and assisting in handling employee inquiries and basic employee relations matters.
The HR Coordinator will also help organize HR initiatives, track HR metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including day-to-day HR operations and record-keeping.
- Experience with Benefits Administration and application of HR Policies in a professional setting.
- Ability to support Employee Relations, respond to employee inquiries, and maintain a respectful, inclusive work environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment based in Abu Dhabi.
- Prior experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, or social services organization is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
