Overview

· Managing inbound calls from customers and responding to their queries & complaints

· Handle customer queries over the phone/Email and WhatsApp CRM

· Manage and resolve customer complaints

· Place outbound calls to follow-up customer complaints when necessary

· Documents all call information’s based on SOP

· Provide daily reports to supervisor / Department head on the pending complaints

· Complete daily payments on Unsuccessful transactions

Requirements And Qualifications

  • · Prefer to have Bachelor Degree
  • · Must be fluent in Hindi & English
  • · Proficient in Computer
  • · Good Typing and data entry skills
  • · Must be a good communicator
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience

  • Call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
