Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid HR Business Partner role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and supporting workforce planning.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, advising on employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

The role will oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, feedback processes, and development plans.

The HR Business Partner will also collaborate with managers on talent development, support change management initiatives, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, with experience partnering with leadership as a strategic HR advisor.
  • Proficiency in developing, interpreting, and implementing HR Policies that support organizational objectives and compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including coaching managers, resolving workplace concerns, and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to apply legal requirements to HR decisions and recommend compliant solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and supporting development plans.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the use of HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Experience in public sector, auditing, or professional services environments is beneficial, as well as familiarity with capability-building initiatives.
