- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **HR Assistant** to join our team.
- In this role you will provide HR support on a major programme.**What You'll Be Doing;**
- Oversees the over-all on-boarding and offboarding processes of incoming employees to Project Site office.
- Attends to all inquiries of project employees regarding project, company, employment agreement and country-of-assignment information.
- Manage new joiners orientation.
- Assist with offboarding processes.
- Filing of HR documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all time.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across all Human Resource functions.
- Issue pre-employment requirements instructions for the employee’s facilitation.
- Ensures the completion of pre-employment requirements such as documentations for visa, and other documents which maybe required by the project clients
- Monitors the visa progress of all new hires and coordinate directly with the GRO for documentations.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Oversee and approve onboarding arrangements such as flights, hotel accommodation and transport.
What Required Skills You'll Bring;
- Bachelors degree in a relevant topic (or equivalent relevant experience) and up to 2+ years of relevant experience in staffing coordination with project teams
- Strong English communication skills.
- Computer literacy with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
