• Position Title: HR Assistant Trainee - Tamheer
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Department: Human Resources.
• Employment Type: Apprenticeship– Tamheer Program.

Position Summary Support daily HR operations, employee relations, documentation, and employee-related processes while ensuring timely follow-up and confidentiality

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Support the HR team in handling employee relations matters and daily employee requests.
• Assist in following up on employee cases, concerns, and required actions.
• Support the disciplinary process by preparing and organizing warning letters, investigation documents, and related records.
• Assist in documenting violations, attendance issues, and employee misconduct cases.
• Maintain and update employee files, HR records, and official documentation.
• Prepare HR letters, forms, acknowledgments, and employee-related documents.
• Support onboarding and offboarding documentation when needed.
• Coordinate with employees and line managers to collect required documents and approvals.
• Assist in tracking pending HR actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR cases.
• Support HR operations and any additional tasks assigned by the HR team.

What Will Make You Successful…

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Fresh graduate.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
