- is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations and contribute to building a high-performing workforce in Jeddah.

Responsible For
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish (advertising, screening, and hiring).
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Proficiency in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Madad).
- Monitor employee accommodation, company assets (vehicles/equipment), and field workers.
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Submit weekly reports with observations to the HR department every Wednesday.
- Support disciplinary procedures and Saudization (Nitaqat)
