Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant – Generalist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring smooth coordination with employees and government-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation
- Coordinate visa, labour card, and PRO-related processes
- Support employee requests, letters, and HR inquiries
- Assist with resignations, final settlements, and clearance procedures
- Coordinate ADHICS requirements and Emiratization-related tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labour Law
Requirements
- Previous HR or administrative experience is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
