About This Role
Job Summary:
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks. This role helps with recruitment, employee records, and general HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, contacting candidates)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information
- Support training and development activities
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software systems
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills
