About The Role
Moonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation Management is looking for a reliable and organized **HR Assistant** with hotel experience to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of hospitality HR processes and be able to handle administrative and employee-related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR and administrative operations
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and onboarding
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, memos, and contracts
- Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation
- Coordinate with departments regarding staff concerns and requirements
- Assist in processing staff accommodation, uniforms, medicals, and employee requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support training and employee engagement activities when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
