About the Role

Moonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation Management is looking for a reliable and organized HR Assistant with hotel experience to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of hospitality HR processes and be able to handle administrative and employee-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR and administrative operations
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and onboarding
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, memos, and contracts
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation
  • Coordinate with departments regarding staff concerns and requirements
  • Assist in processing staff accommodation, uniforms, medicals, and employee requests
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support training and employee engagement activities when required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
