Overview

  • Handle the full employee cycle, from onboarding new joiners to final settlements and gratuity when staff leave.
  • Run the monthly payroll and WPS accurately and on time, by the 1st of each month.
  • Maintain leave, attendance and overtime records, and keep the attendance system up to date.
  • Manage visa, labour card and Emirates ID renewals, working with the PRO on MOHRE and immigration matters.
  • Keep employee files and contracts in order, issue salary certificates and experience letters once approved, and track loans, advances and increment records.
  • Be the first point of contact for staff queries, leave requests and basic grievance or disciplinary paperwork, and run the HR and payroll software with accurate, confidential data.
  • Handle renewals of company insurance, trade licences and other registrations, and keep one clear calendar of vendor contracts and AMC renewals so nothing lapses.
  • Look after general office administration, corporate mobile and SIM lines, a basic company asset register, and coordination with outside IT and service providers.
