Key Responsibilities
- Design and create bouquets, floral arrangements, and decorative pieces for daily orders, weddings, events, and special occasions.
- Maintain the freshness, quality, and presentation of flowers and plants.
- Assist customers with customized floral designs and recommendations.
- Manage flower inventory, storage, and stock rotation.
- Support event setups, installations, and corporate décor projects.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a
Florist
- .
- Strong skills in
- flower arrangement, bouquet making, and floral decoration
- .
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons and events.
- Knowledge of flowers, plants, and seasonal varieties.
- Experience in wedding/event floral decoration is an advantage.
- Portfolio of previous floral work is preferred.
- Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
